Born in Florence, Caterina has lived, studied and worked in Seattle, Siena, Aberdeen, Stockholm, Milan, Como, and Rome. After earning a degree in Political Science and International Relations, she completed a MSc in Journalism at Robert Gordon University and the journalism traineeship at the Walter Tobagi School in Italy.
As a reporter, she has worked for media outlets such as Sky, La7, CNBC, and Repubblica, covering current affairs, economics and culture. Additionally, she has collaborated with communication agencies, managing press offices and communication strategies.
Her deep interest in understanding society has led her to join nonprofit organizations such as “Associazione Lorenzo Guarnieri” (supporting road traffic victims) and “20e30” (addressing youth disengagement from politics) contributing to editorial projects and institutional relations.
In 2020, she won the Corriere della Sera “Stracca Award” for an investigative piece on sports and performance anxiety among young athletes.
With a versatile approach and experience across diverse contexts, she is committed to transforming ideas into compelling narratives, bringing passion and professionalism to every project. She is a passionate skier and sailor, as well as a lifelong ballet enthusiast.
